For Pet Parents found through PET NANNY HOME STAYS, the Care Provider fee drops from 18% to 15% after three completed, paid HomeStays with the same Pet Parent. The next qualifying quote uses the lower fee. Test, cancelled, refunded or disputed stays do not count. Eligibility is checked when the Care Provider accepts the request; accepted quotes keep their agreed fee.
The Pet Parent booking fee is 10% of base care, with a $5 minimum and $15 maximum per booking: $5 for $50 or less, $10 for $100, and $15 for $150 or more. No fee is added to a zero-dollar estimate. Own-client bookings have a separate fee policy, shown below.

Earn up to $30 back through real marketplace bookings.
When screening opens, payment will be collected only after conditional profile approval and before the third-party screening order is submitted. Each eligible completed and paid marketplace booking earns a $10 credit, up to three credits.
Eligible bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, self-booked, fraudulent, provider-owned-client transactions, or under chargeback or fraud review. Location-specific law and vendor rules may require a different payment treatment.

Provider-owned clients stay economically distinct.
For genuine Care Provider-sourced clients, the Pet Parent booking fee is 9% of base care, capped at $15 per booking, and the Care Provider fee is 5%. Stripe will process payments. PET NANNY HOME STAYS does not absorb card processing fees; responsibility for those fees must be specified and disclosed before this booking option is activated. Client-source attribution must be auditable. Marketplace loyalty rates apply only to qualifying on-platform marketplace bookings.
